  1. Abubakar Abdulkadir Mijinyawa (Director) is an alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. He has worked with Intercity Bank Plc (Now Unity Bank), Bauchi from 2002 to 2008. He also served as Special Assistant to the Governor of Bauchi State on Land and Survey from 2008 to 2011. He has attended several courses which include Manual of Operation on Branch Banking, Service Excellence, Special Credit Analysis among others.

  3. Gbadamosi Idowu Ismail (Director) is an alumnus of University of Ilorin, Ilorin Kwara State. He holds Masters in Business Administration from University of Ilorin. He has worked with Ibolo Microfinance Bank Limited Offa where he rose from Head of Credit to the position of Assistant Manager from 1994 – 2008. He had a short stint with Oma Consult Nigeria between 1992 and 1993. He has attended several courses amongst which are Finance of Small and Medium Scale Industry, Accounting and Bank Inspection/Administration.

  5. Tolu Delano (Director) is a graduate of Agriculture Economics from University of Ibadan, with a Masters in Accounting and Finance from University of Greenwich, United Kingdom. He has over 20 years experience in Investment Management (Fund Management/Financial Advisory); performing financial and market analysis, and designing portfolio. He joined Abuja Leasing Company Limited as the Chief Operating Officer where he was responsible for all daily operations of the company. He is currently the Managing Director/CEO of the Abuja Leasing Company responsible for the turnaround of the company from a leasing company for the transport sector to a financial services company. He joined Abuja Leasing Company from Royal Exchange Plc where he was a member of management and had responsibility for the management of the investment assets of the group and actualising the company’s change management program as Director (Implementation). Prior to joining Royal Exchange in 2005, He worked with the Pricewaterhousecoopers’ Africa Central Corporate Finance team based in Lagos.

Lawal Folasade (MD/CEO)  is a graduate of Accounting from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma Edo State, with a Masters in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Ogbomoso, She is a Mirco Finamce certified  banker.She has over 15 years experience in Banking and Investment; performing financial analysis and management, aggressive marketing and sales of banks’ products. Prior to joining Stockcorp Microfinance Bank Limited, she has worked with United Bank for Africa where she grew through the rank to the position of Business Manager of Offa branch. She also worked with Intercontinental Bank Plc as a Branch Resident Controller where she was responsible for ensuring daily, weekly and monthly proofs of General Ledger balances against the system and physical balances, daily call-over of vouchers, review of all books of account and ensuring strict compliance with the bank’s policies. She also worked with Instant Global Resources Limited where she was responsible for review of payment vouchers and contract documents, reconciliation of bank accounts and review of bank petty cash books.
