Tunji Tolani (Chairman) is an alumnus of Bayero University Kano. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of Ilorin. He has attended several courses within and outside the country amongst which is the Senior Management Program of the Lagos Business School, the Management Program, Wharton University, Pennsylvania, Oxford Strategic Leadership Program of Said Business School, Oxford University UK, School of Management, University College (UCLA) California, Harvard Business School, Boston USA.

 He is a qualified chartered Stockbroker in Nigeria and member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He started his professional career with Capital Bancorp Limited, a leading stockbroking and leasing company in 1993 where he grew through the rank to head, credit and investment unit, from where he moved to Omas Investment and Trust Limited as Chief Operating Officer, to Cornerstone Leasing and Investment Limited as General Manager/CEO. He also had stint at Financial Derivatives Company Limited, a leading asset management and portfolio management company. He is a recipient of many awards of excellence and also the chairman, Institute of Directors, Abuja Branch and Director, Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria. He was one time the MD/CEO of Abuja Leasing Company.
